Message	So torsional measurement is required to understand the concept you can observe by twisting a piece of plywood? The aforementioned article even points to the spot-welding of sheet metal joints to stiffening the chassis. The simple fact is jacking up one side of a car is nothing. The increased forces on a chassis in turns far outweighs the vehicle. Hopefully someone will be able to chime in with actual data capable of quenching your thirst.
